彭立,男,博士,教授,硕士生导师,地理与资源科学十大滚球平台院长。四川省天府青城计划入选者,四川省杰出青年基金获得者,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。主要招收人文地理学专业、地图学与地理信息系统专业的研究生。

主要从事人文地理学和3S应用技术的研究,近期的主要研究方向包括土地利用与生态格局、灾害风险适应与管理、空间规划与地理大数据、环境感知等方面研究。

作为项目负责人主持国家级项目4项,省部级项目3项,具体包括主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、科技部973项目子课题1项、省部级项目4项,及其他纵横向课题若干。目前已发表学术论文50余篇,其中以第一和通讯作者发表SCI/SSCI论文30余篇,授权专利2项,软件著作权1个。入选中科院“西部之光”人才培养计划,入选中科院青年创新促进会人才资助,获得第四届中国自然资源学会青年科技奖,入选四川省委组织部“三区人才”计划; 参与了包括5.12汶川地震、4.20芦山地震、4.25尼泊尔地震等若干次大地震的灾后恢复重建规划及资源环境承载力评价工作;参与南亚国际科技合作,积极与国际山地中心(ICIMOD)成员国的大学、研究机构建立合作伙伴关系。
